Winter Wellness Retreat for Women

Hilltop Schoolhouse, Parker, CO

Imagine this…A quiet morning - soft winter light filtering through the window, a warm cup in your hands, and a deep exhale that finally feels enough.
For the first time in months, maybe years, you have permission to just be.

No roles to perform. No expectations to meet.
No noise - only the sound of your breath, and the gentle reminder that you’re still here.

Because you’ve been carrying so much.

You’ve held everything - the work, the care, the emotional labor - often with a full heart and an empty cup.

And as the holidays approach, the noise, the expectations, the emotions only grow louder. You give so much. This is a day to receive.

This retreat is your pause - a sacred breath before the season begins.
A gentle reminder that you, too, deserve care, calm, and connection.

This is your invitation to pause.

A full day designed to help you rest, release, and remember your light.
A safe space to come home to yourself - through movement, creativity, and healing energy.

This isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about finding your center within it.

Nourishment for the Soul
We will be catered by Chef Keith, a private chef trained in Las Vegas, who is passionate about comfort foods that will heal your body and taste amazing.

You will be greeted by a warming breakfast with teas and infused water. Later in the day you will enjoy rich autumnal soup, rolls, and a salad buffet. At his meal prep and nutrition company, Dux, Chef Keith is dedicated to ensuring everyone gets to eat what they love in safety, so if you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to one of our hosts and he will ensure your needs are taken care of.

Why This Retreat Matters:

Because this time before the holidays isn’t just another date on the calendar - it’s an opportunity.

To pause before the rush. To soften before the giving.  To fill your own cup before pouring into others.

You’ll leave lighter, more grounded, and deeply renewed - carrying home not just calm, but a deeper sense of you.

This isn’t self-indulgence.  It’s self-remembrance.  And it’s exactly what this season calls for.

  • Watercolors

  • Watercolor paper

  • Acrylic paints

  • Sponges (for sponge painting)

  • Canvases (all sizes)

How You Can Help:

We’ll be collecting donations through December 17th.

If you would like to contribute, please contact me to coordinate pick-up.

Together, we can share the gift of art - a tool for healing, expression, and empowerment.

Join me for ‘The Art of Feeling Through Nature’: A guided community art workshop for emotional expression and connection.

Discover the power of color, memory, and nature as tools for emotional expression.

In this 2 hour creative workshop, you’ll be guided to explore your inner emotional landscape through nature-inspired painting. Using elements like mountains, skies, and seasons as metaphors, we’ll express feelings that are often hard to put into words - all through paint and gentle prompts.

No art experience is needed - just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Reflect on your emotions through the lens of nature

  • Learn simple painting techniques to express feeling and story

  • Create a personal “inner landscape” on canvas

  • Connect with others in a supportive, relaxed setting

  • Leave with a finished piece that speaks from the inside out
