Community & Family Experiences

Community is at the heart of this work.

Alongside workshops and retreats, I offer accessible creative spaces designed to foster connection, reflection, and shared presence - without pressure, performance, or perfection.

These offerings are intentionally low-barrier and community-centered, creating space to gather, create, and reconnect in ways that feel grounded and human.

Offerings range from free community creative circles to guided journaling gatherings ($30) and occasional collaborative wellness events with pricing that varies.

Full details, dates, and registration are shared below and on our events page.

  • Community events may vary in format and focus, and can include:

    • Creative Sanctuary Circles
Free, open community gatherings offering a judgment-free space to create, connect, or simply be. Materials are provided, and participants are welcome to bring their own creative projects.

    • Guided Journaling Gatherings
Low-cost, facilitated sessions using art-based journaling prompts curated by board-certified art therapists. These gatherings offer gentle structure, reflection, and emotional insight in a supportive group setting.

    • Collaborative Wellness Events
Special offerings co-hosted with wellness practitioners or local organizations, integrating creativity with practices that support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and overall well-being.

  • These gatherings are open to adults and families who are looking for a creative outlet and a space where they can feel welcomed and at ease.

You don’t need to consider yourself an artist, writer, or “creative” to belong here. These spaces are for anyone who wants to slow down, explore creativity in their own way, and spend time in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Whether you come to create, reflect, connect with others, or simply take a pause from daily life, you are welcome here.
