About our art workshops, retreats, and creative experiences in Parker, Castle Rock, and the Denver Metro area

  • Not at all. You don’t need any art experience to be here. These experiences aren’t about making something “good” or polished—they’re about expression, reflection, and connection. Many people come in thinking they aren’t creative and leave surprised by how natural it feels.

  • I offer thoughtfully guided art classes, creative workshops, immersive retreats, private group experiences, and community gatherings. Each one blends art-making with gentle reflection and guidance, creating space to slow down, reconnect, and breathe a little more deeply.

  • No. These are creative wellness experiences, not clinical therapy. While the work is trauma-aware and emotionally supportive, it takes place in a non-clinical setting and doesn’t involve diagnosis or mental health treatment.

  • This work is especially supportive for women moving through life transitions, emotional shifts, burnout, or creative blocks. Some offerings are also open to all adults or families, and that’s always clearly noted so you know what to expect.

  • Workshops are shorter experiences—often a few hours or offered as a multi-part series. Retreats are more immersive, lasting a full day or multiple days, with more time for rest, creativity, and reflection, often alongside other supportive practices.

  • Yes. All art materials are included unless otherwise noted. You can simply show up as you are.

  • In-person experiences are held throughout the Denver Metro area, with many in Parker and Castle Rock, Colorado. Each event page includes clear location details.

  • Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on. You might also want a water bottle or anything that helps you feel cozy and grounded.

  • No. Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to create quietly and participate in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. Nothing is ever required.

  • Absolutely. Many people come on their own. These spaces are intentionally welcoming and supportive whether you arrive solo or with someone else.

  • Yes. Payment plans are available through Klarna at checkout. Klarna allows you to split your purchase into smaller payments based on the options they offer. Availability and terms are determined by Klarna.

  • Yes. I offer private art classes and small-group workshops for individuals, families, schools, corporate teams, and community organizations. Each experience is thoughtfully shaped around the needs of the group.

  • Yes. The pace is gentle and adaptable, and I’m happy to make accommodations to support comfort, accessibility, and ease.

  • Yes. Family and children’s art classes are offered periodically and are designed to support connection, creativity, and shared time together.

  • Online offerings are currently in development and will be launching later this year.

  • That’s completely okay. Emotions are welcome, but nothing is ever forced. You’re always in control of how deeply you engage. Many people find relief simply in creating quietly without needing to explain anything.

  • If something catches your attention or feels inviting, that’s usually enough. In general, multi-part series are helpful for deeper transitions like burnout or grief, while single-session workshops are great for stress relief or a creative reset.

  • Because the series are intentionally paced, attending both sessions is encouraged. If something unavoidable comes up, feel free to reach out and we can talk through options together.

  • Most offerings are designed with women in mind, especially those navigating life transitions. When a workshop is open to all adults, that will always be clearly stated.

  • Very normal. Almost everyone feels a little unsure at first, especially if they haven’t made art in a long time. The space is calm, welcoming, and pressure-free—you won’t be put on the spot.

  • Most people leave feeling more grounded, connected, and lighter—along with their artwork. The real takeaway is often how you feel afterward.

  • You can register through the event listings on the website or reach out through the contact page anytime. I’m always happy to help you find the right fit.
