Join me for ‘The Art of Feeling Through Nature’: A guided community art workshop for emotional expression and connection
Discover the power of color, memory, and nature as tools for emotional expression.
In this 2 hour creative workshop, you’ll be guided to explore your inner emotional landscape through nature-inspired painting. Using elements like mountains, skies, and seasons as metaphors, we’ll express feelings that are often hard to put into words - all through paint and gentle prompts.
No art experience is needed - just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
In this workshop, you will:
Reflect on your emotions through the lens of nature
Learn simple painting techniques to express feeling and story
Create a personal “inner landscape” on canvas
Connect with others in a supportive, relaxed setting
Leave with a finished piece that speaks from the inside out
All materials provided
Seated and accessible for all abilities
Open to all skill levels
