If you’ve been feeling tired in a way that lives deeper than your body - carrying a sense that something essential has been waiting beneath the noise - this retreat offers space to listen.

Remembering Her is not about fixing, transforming, or becoming someone new. It’s about creating gentle, intentional space to remember who you are.

Dhruvi Mehta Shah

Dhruvi is the founder of The Art Alchemy Studio, where she guides deeply reflective, creative wellness experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and express what words often can’t. Drawing from her own journey with ADHD, trauma, and healing through art, she creates emotionally safe, non-judgmental spaces for workshops, retreats, and community gatherings. With training in counseling and art-informed processes, Dhruvi blends creativity with mindful support to help individuals access clarity, presence, and self-connection.

Brittany Harris

Brittany Harris is the founder of Fruition Wellness Co and a guide in embodied healing, energy work, and somatic awareness. With a background in Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and fascia-based modalities, she supports participants in cultivating clarity, presence, and energetic sovereignty. Brittany’s approach blends subtle body wisdom with practical tools, helping individuals access deeper alignment, release tension, and reconnect to their own innate intelligence. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that embodiment and self-awareness are the foundation for conscious living, healing, and transformation.

  • The retreat takes place at Halfmoon Ranch in Castle Rock, Colorado, a peaceful, nature-based setting just south of Denver, chosen to support rest, reflection, and creative renewal.

  • No experience is needed. All creative experiences are gently guided and focused on expression, reflection, and presence—not skill or outcome. This retreat is about exploration, not creating a “perfect” piece.

  • The retreat is led by Dhruvi of The Art Alchemy Studio, and Brittany Harris of Fruition Wellness Co, with support from thoughtfully selected guest providers whose work aligns with the retreat’s values of presence, care, and creative wellness.

  • In addition to guided creative experiences, the retreat includes reflective practices, gentle embodiment, time in nature, shared meals, and ample time for rest. Guest facilitators may offer complementary practices that support nervous system regulation, self-connection, and overall well-being. All activities are optional, and you are always welcome to participate in ways that feel most supportive for you. Additional details will be shared closer to the retreat date.

  • No. While the retreat is held in Castle Rock, Colorado, women from anywhere are welcome to attend. Many participants travel from the Denver Metro Area as well as out of state.

  • Lodging is shared within the retreat house at Halfmoon Ranch. Rooms are designed to feel comfortable and restful, with shared bathrooms. Final room details will be provided closer to the retreat date.

  • Private room availability depends on the number of participants. If having a private room is important to you, please reach out before registering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • All meals and snacks are included from Saturday breakfast through Sunday brunch. Meals are nourishing, thoughtfully prepared, and designed to support rest and creativity throughout the retreat.

  • Yes. We do our best to accommodate common dietary needs and allergies. You’ll be invited to share dietary preferences and restrictions after registration so we can plan accordingly.

  • Each day includes a balance of guided experiences and open space. There is intention without rigidity—allowing structure while also honoring rest, reflection, and personal pacing.

  • This retreat offers creative wellness experiences that are trauma-aware and gently facilitated, but it is not clinical therapy or art therapy. It is a space for self-connection, expression, and reflection within a supportive group setting.

  • This retreat is for women who feel a quiet longing to slow down, reconnect, and come back to themselves—especially those feeling tired in a way that lives deeper than the body. You don’t need to have a clear goal or reason to attend; curiosity and openness are enough.

  • Many participants attend solo. The retreat is intentionally designed to feel welcoming, grounded, and emotionally safe, with no pressure to share or participate beyond what feels right for you.

  • After registering, you’ll receive a detailed email with information on what to expect and bring. In general, bring comfortable clothing, layers for Colorado weather, a journal if you enjoy writing, and anything that helps you feel cozy and at ease.

  • Because this retreat includes lodging and advance planning, all registrations are non-refundable. If your plans change, you may transfer your spot to another participant with advance notice.

  • This is an intimate retreat with limited spots to maintain a spacious, personalized experience and allow for deeper connection and care.

  • Cell service is limited at Halfmoon Ranch, with Wi-Fi access available. This encourages presence and ease during the retreat experience.
