Creative Restoration Workshop Series

$240.00

A gently paced, two-part art workshop for women navigating burnout, emotional exhaustion, and seasons of heaviness.

Burnout doesn’t always look like collapse.
Often, it looks like continuing to function while feeling quietly exhausted, disconnected, or stretched thin.

This two-part creative workshop series offers a gentle, art-based way to slow down and meet burnout without fixing, analyzing, or pushing through it.

Across two sessions, you’ll work on the same canvas, allowing a relationship to form with what emerges rather than starting over or rushing toward resolution. Through guided, intuitive painting and quiet reflection, art becomes a place to put down what you’ve been carrying and begin responding with more care.

This is not an art class or therapy.
It’s a facilitated creative space where the process matters more than the outcome.
