Each session builds on the last — so by October, you have actually gone somewhere.
What We Cover
Each session is offered twice monthly — choose the time that works for you.
June (20 or 24) — Your Color Language Build your personal color-emotion wheel — the language you carry through every session that follows.
July (11 or 15) — Name the Weather Map your emotional world using color and landscape as metaphor. Honest, not heavy.
August (22 or 25)— Where Do You Hold It? Locate feelings in the body — the places you have been storing things without realizing it.
September (19 or 23) — What You're Made Of Look at what has held you up. Strength, resilience, and the things that have carried you through.
October (24 or 28) — What You're Moving Toward Permission to want things again. Softer than goal-setting. More honest too.
Session Options
Saturday Session — All ages welcome. Children 10 and under free. Anyone under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Limited to 10 participants
Wednesday Session — Adults only. Limited to 10 participants
